Description:
The peanut coating and frying production line is a food processing line with a high degree of automation. Through the four core processes of coating, frying, deoiling and seasoning, it realizes the continuous production of peanuts from raw materials to flavored finished products. The whole line adopts a modular design, taking into account efficiency and process stability, and can meet the standardized processing requirements of products with different flavors. The following is a functional analysis of each device according to the process flow:
1. Automatic peanut coating machine
Function: Uniformly coat the surface of peanuts with a powdery coating layer
(such as starch, seasoning powder or compound powder) to form a
protective layer to lock in moisture and provide a basis for
subsequent frying and shaping.
Working principle: Peanuts are transported to the inner cavity of the drum through a
spiral propulsion system, and atomized slurry or dry powder is
sprayed synchronously. The centrifugal force and flipping generated
by the rotation of the drum are used to achieve uniform coating
adhesion.
Usage features: Equipped with a variable frequency speed regulation system, it can
adapt to peanuts of different particle sizes; the coating thickness
can be controlled by the linkage of powder flow and drum speed, and
the coating completeness rate of the finished product is ≥99%.
2. Peanut continuous fryer
Function: Fry the coated peanuts at a constant temperature to give the
product a crispy taste and golden color, while killing
microorganisms through high temperature.
Working principle: Use mesh belt continuous conveying, oil tank temperature control
(usually 150-160℃), maintain oil temperature stability through the
heat circulation system, and frying time is accurately adjusted by
the mesh belt speed.
Usage characteristics: Equipped with oil filtration device to reduce residue
carbonization, extend the oil life by 30%; heat recovery design
reduces energy consumption, and the daily processing capacity can
reach 2-5 tons.
3. Peanut oil filter
Function: Quickly separate the floating oil on the surface of peanuts after
frying, reduce the oil content of the finished product, and improve
the freshness of the taste.
Working principle: Through the combination of multi-layer vibrating screen and
negative pressure air cooling system, physical deoiling and surface
cooling are achieved simultaneously during the conveying process.
Usage characteristics: The residual oil rate can be controlled below 18%, and the
vibration frequency can be adjusted to adapt to different coating
strengths; the fully enclosed structure avoids secondary pollution.
4. Peanut Double-Drum Seasoning Machine
Function: Secondary seasoning of de-oiled peanuts to achieve precise
addition of salty, sweet or complex flavors.
Working Principle: The main and auxiliary double-drum design is adopted. The main
drum sprays liquid seasonings, and the auxiliary drum spreads
powdered auxiliary materials. The differential rotation ensures
multi-layer coating of seasonings.
Usage Features: The seasoning utilization rate is more than 90%, and it is
equipped with an anti-clogging system for the atomizing nozzle; it
supports multi-stage programmed seasoning, and it only takes 10
minutes to clean the machine to switch product flavors.
The production line significantly improves the production
efficiency and quality stability of peanut products through process
connection optimization and intelligent control system. The
closed-loop design of coating-frying-de-oiling-seasoning can not
only reduce the intensity of manual intervention (the number of
