※Description:

Split peanut blancher is created mainly for the purpose of splitting the peanuts into valves. After the baking in the oven, and the cooling on the belt for cooling, peanuts are directly delivered into the half-splitting machine. And then valves of peanuts shall be output for selection in the next procedure. The machine uses abrasion generated between the transporting belt made by silica gel and the upper angle block for the half splitting the peanuts. Peanuts after splitting shall be selected through the screening surface on the belt for selection; as for peels and impurities shall be withdrawn by the wind blower during the process of the output of peanuts after splitting.

The machine is comprised of vertical elevators, ingredient buckets, the three-phase asynchronous motor, the vacuum suction hood, the wind blower, the fan vibrating screen, the frame body, transportation belts made by silicone, and the synchronous transportation conveyor etc.

The equipment owns a high rate of half splitting and its screening surface adopts the vibrating motor with no mechanical transmission structure and little chance of mal-functioning; as for the vibration reduction springs, they are quite durable for usage and capable of absorb the instability by vibration.

There is no dust created outside of the machine and little pollution to the environment. And the equipment is stable, durable with neglectable vibration and noises.
