1. Description of Peanut blancher

This peanut blancher is the state-of-the-art white peanut kernel peeling equipment. It is compact, reasonably-structured and good quality. This peanut blancher doesn’t damage and contaminate peanuts, and is very popular in the market.

2. Working Principles of peanut blancher

After the peanut raw materials are put into feeding hopper, they are then going through the peeling room which consists of two groups of friction rollers, which will take off the peanut peel and produce white and intact peanut kernels.

There is an adjustment bolt at the end of discharging end, which can adjust discharging speed in order to achieve the necessary peeling effect.

3. Structure and Performance of peanut blancher

3.1 This machine consists of three-phase asynchronous motor, feeding hopper, roller, discharging hopper, dust cleaner, frame etc.

3.2 This peanut blancher uses special friction roller which takes off peanut shell, consumes little power and operates stably.
